By using the website and our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, and any privacy policies, legal notices, or other applicable policies and guidelines that may be presented to you (collectively these “Terms & Conditions”) from time to time. If you do not want to agree to these Terms & Conditions you must not access the Hamon website and our services.


Any use of our client’s application (GENSKILL) fee-based subscription offerings is bound by Hamon’s Terms & Conditions plus any additional terms and conditions which will be made available in a separate agreement agreed to by you, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with Hamon/our client if you access Hamon’s website and our clients’ app services.

Privacy Policy

Your access to the Hamon website and our services is subject to these Terms & Conditions. Hamon reserves the right to update and change these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice or acceptance by you although if we decide to materially change all or part of Hamon’s Terms & Conditions we will, where reasonably possible, try to give you advance reasonable notice at your email address on record. Such modified Terms & Conditions will become effective upon the earlier of

(i) your continued use of the Hamon's service with actual knowledge of such modified Terms & Conditions, or

(ii) thirty (30) days from publication of such modified Terms & Conditions on this page, the Hamon website, and our service.

Your use of the Hamon service is also subject to Hamon’s Privacy Policy, which explains how we treat your personal information and provides information about our data protection practices.


We want our users to be satisfied and happy with the service offerings on our website and our client services, so all premium courses and tests purchased by a registered user can be canceled and filed for a refund within 7 days. For whatever reason, if you are unhappy with a course, you can request a refund, provided the request meets the guidelines in our cancellation and refund policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:

A significant portion of the course has been consumed by a student before the refund was requested.

Multiple cancellations and refunds have been requested by a student for the same course.

Users who have their account banned or course access disabled due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions will not be eligible to receive a refund. We do not grant refunds for any subscription services after 7 days.
